Not your ordinary holiday lights, this rope light kit from American Lighting makes it easy to add festive flair or elegant ambiance to a variety of household settings--year round. UL/cUL listed and approved for indoor and outdoor use, the flexible rope lighting can be used almost anywhere. Create a welcoming outdoor space suitable for evening soirees and cocktail parties alike by attaching the rope lighting to a deck, patio, gazebo, fence line, or tree. Inside, the rope lighting can be used to create a decorative outline of a handrail, hutch, bookshelf, cabinet, or cove--anywhere in need of decorative or accent lighting. The rope features a 1/4-watt bulb every inch with each bulb offering a life span of 25,000 hours and an output of 3 watts per foot.

The do-it-yourself rope light kit includes everything needed for quick, easy installation. The kit comes with a rope light, a pre-connected (removable) 5-foot power cord, a removable end cap, one mounting clip per foot, and mounting screws. Best of all, the kit can be quickly attached to additional rope light kits (sold separately) without the use of tools--extend up to 240 feet for premium grade and up to 150 feet for commercial grade. Additional accessories include 3-foot extension kits and a clear mounting track (sold separately). Other highlights include molded female/male connectors, high-quality PVC construction with a UV inhibitor for long-lasting performance, and the option to dim the lighting. Available in lengths of 2 feet, 6 feet, 10 feet, 18 feet, 30 feet, and 50 feet, the rope light kit makes an enchanting addition to the home, inside and out.
